  1. Hi, I’m interested in beginning meditation and Reiki 101. I’m trying to find myself through spirituality and learn how to awaken…

  2. Eye’m on a journey to find myself more…so I will be able to educate my three kings eye’m raising. Eye’m new to this but eye’m forcus, and would love your help!

  3. So how exactly do you meditate ? What are you supposed to focus on ? How r u supposed to feel while doing it. I try and meditate by just concentrating On one thing … But the. I hear your not supposed to concentrate on anything please help. I’m trying mediatatio nas a replacement for arguing and fighting . I just honestly want to find inner peace without having to fight or argue with anyone

    1. Hey! First of all, eye apologize for my tardiness. Second, congrats on making such a wise decision! With some time n dedication you will greatly innjoy the benefits of meditation.

First, decide your position. Laying down or sitting. Laying down you would lay on your back with your palms up. Nothing on your wrists (watch, hair tie, rubber bands, etc). No socks on and hair untied if it applies. Sitting up you would cross your legs (commonly known as Indian style) and connect your thumb and index fingers at the tip. This connects your brain to your heart, which is a great way to start meditating.

At first, your goal is to clear your mind and still your heart. That’s when inner peace comes and, with time, the divine can communicate with you.

So, you begin by closing your eyes and taking in deep breathes all the way to your stomach. Breathe in thru your nose and out thru your mouth. At first, many of us have a problem quieting the thoughts in our heads. You can quiet them several ways. For me, two things have worked best. The first is to tell them to “go away. Not now. Eye am trying to find mental peace. ” eye had to tell myself that A LOT when eye first started. That’s why we need time and dedication. The second method is to focus on your heart n its beat. You will find that everything else kind of dissappears and all you have is your heart beat. Eventually, you will eliminate that n just have “nothing”. And there lies your peace. For others they like to focus on the feeling of love, as it is the highest frequency possible and the best one, in my opinion.

Feel free to let me know how it goes and if you need any more help.

Eye completely support you in this journey. You can do it! You’re worth it! You deserve it!

      With love,
